Academic Scholarship Application
Are you looking for additional assistance in paying for your college education for
the 2024-25 academic year? Apply here for CSU scholarships. Scholarships do not have to be repaid and are awarded
based on a variety of factors including academic achievement and need. Applications
are reviewed and scholarships are awarded by the college that houses your major (i.e.,
College of Business, College of Arts and Sciences, etc.). Apply here.
Chicago Star Scholar Application - Transfer students from City Colleges of Chicago
who were recipients of the Chicago Star Scholar award are eligible for a scholarship
of $1,000 per year for two years.
Housing Scholarship Application - Students who will reside in the Residence Hall for the 2024-25 academic year may
apply to have the cost of their room covered. This scholarship does not include the
cost of the meal plan. Apply here. The priority filing deadline is June 30th.

Chicago Star Scholar Application - Transfer students from City Colleges of Chicago
who were recipients of the Chicago Star Scholar award are eligible for a scholarship
of $1,000 per year for two years.
The Community Services Book Grant Scholarship (CSBG) helps low-income Chicagoans finance higher education. Students enrolled in an Illinois
college, university or vocational training program may qualify for a CSBG Scholarship.
Funds can be applied toward tuition, uniforms, study-related fees and books. Individual
scholarships range from $1,000 to $5,000.
Scholarship applications are available during the spring months of each year and awarded
for the following fall semester.

Childhood Access Consortium for Equity program. Designed for working professionals,
this program offers full funding for those pursuing a professional educator license

ELC Scholarship Application - The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is the pre-eminent membership organization
committed to increasing the number of global Black executives in C-Suites, on corporate
boards and in global enterprises. The mission of The ELC’s Scholarship Program is to build a pipeline of Black corporate
talent by supporting the academic achievement and development of Black undergraduate
students. Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence,
leadership skills, and a commitment to community service. Applicants must complete and submit all application requirements by the deadline as
posted.

Chicagoland Regional College Program (CRCP) - What if you could earn your degree debt-free? Through our partnership with the
Chicagoland Regional College Program, Chicago State University students receive paid
tuition and fees, and a textbook allowance while earning a weekly paycheck ($21/hour)
for part-time work at UPS (DACA friendly). Other benefits include a $300 monthly CRCP

CSU Tuition and Fee Waivers - A limited number of waivers, which pay for tuition and some fees, are available
to eligible students through the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program. These awards are
for students in degree programs and also are a part of the university employee benefits
package. The number of awards and dollar amount varies each year based upon the release
of appropriated funds by the State of Illinois, budgetary limits approved by the Board
of Trustees, and program need. Students and employees apply for these waivers each
